Bonita Lakes - Meridian
Bonita Lakes is a 3,300 acre park with three lakes, featuring nature trails and jogging and walking track, plus many other activities. Whether you enjoy a round of golf, boating, fishing or any other outdoor activity, you will surely find it at Bonita Lakes.
Vicksburg Military Park - Vicksburg
The Vicksburg Military Park honors and commemorates the Battle of Vicksburg during the Civil War and the surrender of the city on July 4, 1863. The park features more than 1,300 monuments, a restored Gunboat and a National Cemetery along a 16-mile road. The Vicksburg Military Park welcomes tourists from around the world and is a leading destination for historians and Civil War enthusiasts.
Longleaf Trace - Hattiesburg
The Longleaf Trace in south Mississippi is a signature Rails-to-Trails project, 41 miles long and is a popular location for runners, walkers, hikers and even equestrians.
